This smoothie is a treasure trove of nutrients and vitamins. It perfectly combines fatty avocado, fresh crunchy cucumber, fragrant celery, sour kiwi, sweet banana and apple juice.   1. Prepare all ingredients, peel them and chop. I use frozen kale, but you can also use fresh one.

  2. Place sliced banana, avocado and kiwi in a large container (or on a cutting board) and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. If you make smoothies often, I recommend cutting up lots of fruits and vegetables ahead of time and storing them in the freezer so you can use them anytime.

  3. Once the fruit is frozen, pop it into a blender with the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Blend everything on high speed until smooth. Pour into a jar and enjoy!
