Today I want to share with you a recipe for one of my favorite smoothies. It's a simple but incredibly delicious drink that's perfect for summer mornings or as a light snack (especially when you want to eat but don't have time to cook). With only 4 ingredients - banana, orange, vanilla yogurt and milk - you're sure to be pleased with the results!
Make sure you have all the ingredients ready. Peel the banana and oranges and cut them into small pieces. Use chilled milk and yogurt. If you don't have vanilla yogurt, you can replace it with regular Greek yogurt (unflavored) and add a little vanilla extract.
By the way, coconut or almond milk is great for making this smoothie, and you can replace the sugar with a few tablespoons of honey.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until it's smooth (no big chunks of fruit or ice).
Pour into glasses and enjoy! I'd say it's best to drink it right away after you make it.
