  1. Prepare all ingredients. I used regular cow's milk and chocolate protein powder, but plant-based milk (almond or coconut) and vanilla protein are also great for making this smoothie. I also recommend getting creamy peanut paste (instead of crunchy).

  2. Place all ingredients except milk, honey and protein powder in blender jug and start blending on high speed. Gradually add the milk and honey to adjust the thickness and sweetness of the smoothie. You can add ice (optional) if you want a cold drink.

    When the main ingredients are blended, start adding the protein powder one at a time and blend on low speed. If you add the protein powder all at once and blend at high speed, there is a chance that the protein will create a lot of foam.

  3. When you have reached the right consistency, pour the shake into a glass. Garnish with some cocoa powder or banana slices.
